Standardised fasteners

In this segment of the production program, we are filling the gap left by the global mass production of standard fasteners, whether it is larger diameters, larger or intermediate length, or only a small deviation from the standard.

Our technology is based on hot forging, CNC processing, thread rolling and suitable heat treatment, which guarantees optimal material structure of the product.

With respect to abilites of technological equipment we produce fasteners in accordance with DIN, ISO, ANSI and ASTM standards in dimension ranges from M 8 - M64 and 900mm length. We can produce metric normal and fine, UNC, UNF and Whitworth threads.

Fasteners can be produced in 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 property classes and in grades A2, A4 or C3 stainless steel. All but stainless steel fasteners can be surface protected with thermal or chemical blackening, zinc plating, zinc flake coating or hot-dip galvanizing.

Especially hot dip galvanized fasteners represent an important part of our production programme. In cooperation with a specialized Austrian hot dip galvanization company we supply all mayor manufacturers of road safety fences.

Our own quality certificates, in accordance with EN 10204 2.2 standard, and certificates of conformity from an authorized institution in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 standard are available for all our products.
